This year's New Year's Eve concert by the Staatskapelle Dresden under the direction of its chief conductor Christian Thielemann is all about 100 years of UFA. With highlights from the film classics "Women are not angels", "The three from the gas station", "The Blue Angel", "Münchhausen" or "Dance on the volcano" we say goodbye to the year 2017. As a special rarity, a separate salon orchestra music of the great Marek Weber play. And with Angela Denoke, Elisabeth Kulman and Daniel Behle, a first-class vocal ensemble well-versed in the repertoire provides charm and verve in this festive year-end.
