In 1998 at "Il Cinema Ritrovato" at Bologna, Italian version has screened. See details for the following link. In the catalog on above URL, they also say only surviving fragment for this original German version runs at 5 minutes, however, 82 minutes German version sometimes screened in National Film Center, Tokyo, Japan at least since 1970.
